The Service

Good Word Reviews provides Google review management for local businesses, including review request automation, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, and review reply drafting, offered under monthly plans: Starter, Growth, and Multi-location.

Month-to-Month, Cancel Anytime

Service is billed monthly at a flat fee based on your plan. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We work to increase your Google reviews and map-pack visibility, but we do not guarantee a specific number of reviews, a specific ranking, or any particular business outcome. Results vary by market, industry, and starting point.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information and reasonable access to your Google Business Profile so we can perform the service.

Payment

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis to the payment method on file.

Termination

Either party may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, service continues through the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
